What We Do
STEP works with local communities and authorities, as well as other relevant institutions in creating better future for the people where they live. Out goal is to break down barriers for local communities to achieve their unique goals and targets such as tourism and sustainable development, environmental protection, rural development, economic growth and progress.
Also, involving young people, education, volunteering and youth activism is one of the STEP’s priorities

A word from Ross
I’m committed to fighting the income inequality that has created a ‘Tale of Two Cities’ across the five boroughs.
As a Mayor I believe all citizens deserve a chance to succeed in the greatest city on earth.
That means every child gets a quality education, every community is safe, and every citizen has an affordable place to call home.
